Julia Thermos is a Special Counsel with a strong property law practice, advising clients across a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial property matters. Her work includes acquisitions and disposals, property development, subdivisions, NICO/partition matters, leasing and complex compliance requirements under the Duties Act.

Julia has extensive experience acting on residential and mixed-use off-the-plan developments, supporting clients from initial acquisition due diligence through to finance, subdivision, sales and settlement. She regularly advises on associated commercial issues that arise throughout the development process, including stamp duty, owners corporation advice, leasing and land tax considerations.

 

Known for her practical and solutions-focused approach, Julia works closely with clients to deliver clear, commercially sound advice while ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. She brings a positive and enthusiastic mindset to her work and prides herself on providing a consistently high level of service.
