Anne has over 14 years of property industry experience, both practising in property law and holding management positions.

She advises her loyal clients on residential and commercial property transactions, due diligences, negotiating property development documentation, option agreements, title matters, building and leasing matters and more.

Anne has a particular expertise in assisting property developers to achieve their desired outcomes from preliminary site due diligence through to settlement of subdivided lots. This passion and skill developed early on in Anne’s career and saw her awarded one of Australia’s 30 Under 30 Top Lawyers for her work in the off-the-plan development space.

She takes the time to get to know her clients’ business and long-term goals and has a steadfast commitment to providing clients with prompt, clear and practical advice.

Anne is a proud mother of two (to one human baby and one fur baby), loves to travel (and pack on the kilos eating local delicacies) and enjoys a regular spot of shopping (shoes, bags… and more shoes).

I’m a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it
