It’s a busy time and lots of people are travelling domestically and internationally.  Sadly, it’s also a time when most accidents happen.  As with all travel, it’s important to know that your affairs are in order before you go. This also includes your Will and Powers of Attorney.  ‘Putting it off’ till the New Year is a risk during this time, particularly if you know you need one, or need to update an existing Will or Powers of Attorney.  Whilst this time of year is one to be enjoyed with loved ones and friends, it’s always important to know that they will be looked after in the event something happens to you.

For more information about making a Will, contact Paul Traianedes, our Wills and Estates expert to discuss how we can get things sorted before you head off overseas, or before embarking on the great Australian family holiday road trip.
