Rebecca Rubenstein practices as a property lawyer and specialises in Owners Corporation law and Adverse Possession.

In addition to specialising in Owners Corporation and Adverse Possession disputes, Rebecca also has experience in Water Act disputes, debt recovery and general property matters including, contracts, leases and insurance disputes.
Rebecca prides herself in her ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and has appeared on behalf of her clients in numerous courts and tribunals, including:-
- Federal Court of Australia;
- Supreme Court of Victoria;
- County Court of Victoria;
- Magistrates Court of Victoria;
- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and
- Australian Capital Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys playing futsal, supporting the St Kilda Football Club and completing a good puzzle.
