Morgan Riley

Morgan graduated from Monash University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology.

Morgan advises on a diverse range of commercial matters and enjoys the preparation and review of all types of business agreements and transactions.

Morgan has managed Sale and Purchase of Business transactions across various industry sectors including online retailers, recreational facilities and medical clinics. Morgan is also frequently involved in shareholder and interest holder matters involving the preparation of relevant contracts and managing of shareholder disputes and settlements.

Ancillary to Morgan’s predominant commercial work, she has also advised on complex land tax and stamp duty matters at a commercial and residential level.

Morgan’s personable and vibrant attitude enables her to build strong rapport with her clients. She delivers client satisfaction by having a strong and precise understanding of their commercial wants and needs.

Outside of work, Morgan is passionate about all things health and fitness and has previously played semi-professional basketball in the Basketball Victoria Championship League.
