Madeleine Andrews

Madeleine is a newly admitted lawyer working in the Commercial Team at Tisher Liner FC Law.

Madeleine graduated from Monash University with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts with a major in Human Rights.  She then completed her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law shortly after.  During her studies, she developed a passion for understanding the effect of the law on the community, both commercially and individually.

In the years following her graduation from university, Madeleine has gained experience in a number of legal areas.  This includes working in the online technology space with small scale to large international corporations and in contract and property law, with a focus on assisting retirement villages and their residents in the purchase and sale of their homes.

Now, Madeleine is working with corporations, assisting with a range of commercial matters including preparing Shareholder and Unitholder Agreements, reviewing contracts of service and assisting with sales of business.  She enjoys working closely with clients to ensure that both their goals and needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. She believes understanding a client’s position is essential to establishing good rapport and achieving the best result.

Out of the office, Madeleine enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to hot mat pilates and trying out new restaurants.
