Jack practices as a lawyer within the Owners Corporation Levy Recovery Department at Tisher Liner FC Law.

Jack graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in 2024. Jack is a litigator through and through and works hard to deliver.

Although he may be a new lawyer, Jack’s dedication to his clients is unwavering. He is constantly working to get the best outcome and excels at guiding his clients to achieve their long-term goals.  Jack has experience resolving legal disputes and is well versed in litigation matters before VCAT, the Magistrates’ Court, the County Court, and the Supreme Court.  He is known for providing timely, practical legal advice and assistance to Owners Corporations and their committees and helps them to proactively manage and collect debts owed by lot owners.

Jack has brought a fiery devotion to the firm and has experience working with clients to explore the processes and procedures in recovering debts against lot owners and advising how best to proceed. Jack drives himself to exceed expectations as he deeply appreciates the burden Owners Corporations face when lot owners fail to pay their levies.

Outside of work, Jack is a passionate nature photographer and enjoys the great outdoors. On the weekends, you will often spot him wondering a national park, or fishing for trout in the rivers near Lake Eildon. When he is not here, Jack will be likely be spending time with his friends or be at the side of his long-term partner, Emily, exploring Melbourne’s secrets and hidden gems.
