Emily Lacey is a property lawyer and specialises in Owners Corporation law.

Emily strives to provide her client’s with clear, easy to understand legal advice for Owners Corporations, Managers and lot owners.

 

Emily has appeared on behalf of her clients in numerous courts and tribunals, including:

  1. Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal;
  2. Magistrates Court of Victoria;
  3. Australian Capital Territory Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

 

With a diverse background in law, sociology and ethics, Emily is committed to her client’s and focuses on achieving cost efficient and practical outcomes.

 

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys playing piano, reading and gardening.
Emily has worked in the legal industry for over 11 years, originally in personal injury law before switching to property law in 2016. After commencing her law degree at a later stage in life, Emily graduated from Monash University with degrees in Law and Arts, majoring in sociology in 2022.

 

She has an unwavering commitment to providing clients with clear, practical and timely advice with a focus on helping clients navigate the legal landscape so that they can achieve their long term goals.
