Crystal is a property lawyer practising within TLFC’s Owners Corporation Law Team.

Within the property space, Crystal has acted for clients in subdivisions and developments, sales and acquisitions, leasing, lending and security matters in various Australian jurisdictions. She utilises her regulatory experience, attention to detail and business acumen when considering legal issues and strives to achieve the desired outcomes for clients.

Crystal has also worked on Owners Corporation related legal proceedings at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, and contractual dispute matters at the Supreme Court of Victoria. She is committed to assisting domestic and international clients of diverse language and cultural backgrounds to navigate the legal landscape and make strategic and informed decisions, whilst fostering long-term working relationships with them.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her family and friends. She is a travel enthusiast and is constantly on the run to discover the best restaurants and cafés in town.
