During her studies, Bianca developed a keen interest in and passion for all things property law and practices in TLFC’s Property & Developments Team.

• Plans of subdivision and plans of consolidation;
• Easement creations and removals;
• Complex stamp duty assessments and stamp duty exemptions; and
• Building contracts.
