Bianca graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019, completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2020 and was admitted as an Australian Lawyer by the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2021.

During her studies, Bianca developed a keen interest in and passion for Property Law and currently works in TLFC’s Property Law Team.

Since her admission, Bianca has practised predominantly in the areas of Property Law, Banking and Finance Law and Building and Construction Law.

Bianca has experience with residential, commercial and industrial property acquisitions and disposals, small-scale and large-scale subdivisions and developments, interstate conveyancing transactions, retirement village conveyancing transactions, adverse possession applications, compulsory acquisitions, creations of easements, documenting private loan and mortgage agreements, drafting of trust deeds and building contract reviews.

Bianca also has experience with Litigation in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, having worked on matters relating to non-disclosure, contract rescission, contract repudiation, owners corporation and common property damage and caveats.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
