Bianca is a Property Lawyer practising in TLFC’s Owners Corporation Team.

During her studies, Bianca developed a keen interest in and passion for all things property law and initially practiced in TLFC’s Property & Developments Team before moving to TLFC’s Owners Corporation Team to specialise in owners corporation law.

In the Owners Corporation Team, Bianca provides pragmatic advice to owners corporations and individual lot owners on a wide range of issues and represents owners corporations and individual lot owners in court and tribunal proceedings.

Bianca also acts on either side of the fence of adverse possession claims, assisting clients with either making an adverse possession application or defending an adverse possession claim.

Beyond owners corporation law and adverse possession, Bianca has breadth of knowledge and expertise across a range of general property law matters, namely:

  • Victorian and interstate residential, commercial and industrial property acquisitions and disposals, including mortgagee in possession and trustee in bankruptcy sales;
  • Compulsory acquisitions;
  • Partition agreements;
  • NICO transfers;
  • Plans of subdivision and plans of consolidation;
  • Easement creations and removals;
  • Complex stamp duty assessments and stamp duty exemptions; and
  • Building contracts.
