We are proud to announce the promotion of three outstanding team members at Tisher Liner FC Law:

Julia Thermos to Special Counsel;
Rebecca Rubenstein to Senior Associate; and
Bianca Yousif to Associate.

Julia Thermos has been a cornerstone of our Property Law team since joining TLFC in 2011 as a law clerk before becoming a lawyer. Her deep expertise and client-focused approach have earned her a reputation for excellence in handling complex property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, subdivisions, leasing, and Duties Act compliance. Julia’s extensive experience in off-the-plan developments and her ability to navigate intricate stamp duty and land tax matters make her a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. Her promotion to Special Counsel is a testament to her legal acumen, leadership, and dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Rebecca Rubenstein has consistently demonstrated strategic insight, dedication, and a collaborative spirit since joining TLFC. Her contributions have been instrumental in the success of numerous client engagements and in fostering a culture of integrity and excellence within the firm. As she steps into the role of Senior Associate in our Owners Corporation team. Rebecca will take on expanded responsibilities in client management, mentorship, and strategic initiatives, continuing to make a meaningful impact across the firm.

Bianca Yousif has built a strong foundation in Property Law. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, subdivisions, interstate conveyancing, retirement village transactions, adverse possession applications, compulsory acquisitions, easement creation, private loan and mortgage documentation, trust deeds, and building contract reviews and other property related matters. Bianca’s promotion to Associate recognises her growing expertise and her commitment to delivering thoughtful, thorough legal solutions.
