2023 Promotions: Sophie Chessells and Rebecca Rubenstein

Sophie Chessells is a property lawyer with experience guiding clients through various transactions in the property space, and she is an integral part of our team. Sophie is a versatile lawyer who comprehensively advises clients on a wide range of property developments, subdivisions, off the plan purchases and residential and commercial property sales and acquisitions.

Rebecca Rubenstein practices as a property lawyer specialising in Owners Corporation law and Adverse Possession. Rebecca also has experience in Water Act disputes, debt recovery and general property matters including, contracts, leases and insurance disputes. Rebecca strives to provide her clients with a fresh perspective on resolving legal disputes and inspires Owners Corporations to achieve outcomes that preserve the value of assets and maintain peaceful and functional living environments for lot owners.
