Nicole has over 10 years’ experience practicing in residential property transactions and property law.
Nicole has extensive experience in a wide variety of acquisition and disposition transactions, including residential, commercial and agricultural properties, subdivision and property development, terms contracts and negotiations, spousal and change of ownership transactions, property ownership agreements and Duties Act and stamp duty concessions and exemptions.
She strives to collaborate and develop strong client relationships in order to provide effective, clear and concise legal advice in a timely manner. Her commitment to her clients in simple, provide efficient legal advice and achieve the best outcome for each individual client.
She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. In 2017 she completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2017.
On a personal note, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, spending time with her fur baby, walking, travelling, exploring new places, restaurants and cafes, and enjoying good coffee.
