Amy La Verde is an industrial relations and employment lawyer who joined Tisher Liner FC Law in 2020. Since joining the firm Amy has established herself as a valuable asset to Tisher Liner FC Law. Amy has a breadth of experience in the litigation and dispute management of employment and safety matters across a range of jurisdictions. Amy also has extensive experience advising on sale of business transactions, contentious and non-contentious issues including but not limited to regulatory and internal company investigations, industrial instrument compliance, and breach of confidence obligations. Amy acts on behalf of corporations, employers, and employees across a range of industries where she strives to ensure early and commercial resolution of claims.
