Yoni Ungar practices as a lawyer in the commercial team and specialises in dealing with charities and not-for-profits, property law, employment and commercial matters.
Yoni provides a dedicated service to clients and has a keen attention to detail to ensure that the best results are achieved. He strives to find solutions for clients that enable them to operate successfully and sustainably in the long term.
As a student, Yoni was recognised for his academic achievements and received The Dulcie and Bethune Prize for Law of Employment. He had the opportunity to dedicate his time towards a number of charitable and community organisations. These experiences have shaped Yoni and have enabled him to develop a compassionate and empathetic ethos and a passion for assisting people in need.
Yoni has prepared internal policies and procedures for large companies and organisations. He regularly prepares corporate secretarial documents for both public and private companies. He has acted for a range of companies in preparing and advising about various commercial and property transactions.
Yoni speaks conversational Hebrew, and is learning Spanish and Portuguese. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, suffering through Carlton football matches and developing his kitchen skills.
