Rikki Aravanis

Rikki Aravanis has worked with a variety of clients including small to large businesses and employees and advised on a wide range of employment matters. Her skillset extends to drafting contracts and policies as well as representing clients in litigious disputes. Throughout her career so far, Rikki has acted for clients in different sectors and industries including construction, hospitality, healthcare and not for profits.
Prior to her admission to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria (February 2026), Rikki had two years of pre-admission experience working as a legal consultant and paid agent acting for businesses in matters before the Fair Work Commission.
Given her background and studies in Law and Commerce (majoring in Finance), Rikki is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and providing realistic, goal-oriented and commercial advice.
Rikki enjoys spending her free time with her family (especially her two labradors). Rikki has currently been playing soccer for 20 years and spends most of her time outside of work training and playing for her local club.
