Nafsika is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Property Law Specialist and a past Victorian Young Property Lawyer of the Year.

Nafsika confidently advises clients, investors and developers on all aspects of property transactions throughout their lifecycle, including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, security documents and commercial and retail leases.

She has breadth of property knowledge, regularly acting on transactions across a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use, off the plan, vacant land and land subdivisions.

Nafsika has a particular expertise in air rights in Victoria. She has acted on numerous prominent transactions for leading developers, as well as authoring publications and speaking at conferences informing other legal practitioners about air rights.

She quickly understands complex issues and displays exceptional commercial acumen. Meticulous, hard working and personable, Nafsika adopts a positive and proactive approach to all matters. She is able to identify potential risks for her clients and proposes methods to successfully overcome them.

Nafsika is bilingual, with Greek being her second language. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking (and eating) good food, travelling and keeping active.
