Kirsty Brealey graduated from Monash University with a degree in Arts and Law. During her time at University, Kirsty became involved with the Monash Oakleigh Legal Service and Family Law Assistance Program where she developed a love for helping people resolve conflict.
Since her admission to practice in 2007, Kirsty worked on the Mornington Peninsula until 2018 where her primary practice was in Wills and Estate disputes and Family Law. During this time Kirsty gained invaluable exposure to Property Law and Commercial Law matters.
Kirsty’s passion lies in the area of estate planning and estate dispute matters. She is able to draw from years of experience to provide her client’s with detailed advice and guidance with respect to estate planning, succession, Probate and estate dispute matters.
Kirsty Brealey has experience acting for both executors and administrators, and clients who may wish to contest a will. She has a keen eye for the complexities that arise as a result of complicated estates, ownership arrangements, or family relationships, and confidently guides her clients through what can sometimes be an emotional process.
Outside of the office, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, sailing, SUP and travelling.
A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.
