Jennifer Dizon represents Owners Corporations who need to recover unpaid levies from lot owners who are in arrears, to ensure that the Owners Corporation can continue to perform its functions of managing and administering the common property.
Jennifer understands the impact of arrears on the financial performance of Owners Corporations, and has a range of enforcement skills at her disposal. Our focus is on educating lot owners to pay their overdue levies directly to their Owners Corporation and to reduce the risk of recurrent arrears.
Appearing in the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) to represent Owners Corporations is something that Jennifer takes tremendous pride in being able to do for our clients.
Jennifer enjoys socialising with friends and family.
There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
