Jennifer Dizon provides specialist litigation services involving domestic building disputes for large Owners Corporations. Jennifer is a problem-solver and focuses on practical resolutions to successfully execute legal strategies in building disputes.
Jennifer’s role includes advising and acting for domestic building / home warranty insurers, and she is committed to identifying issues and obtaining successful resolutions for Owners Corporations.
She also provides general advice to our Owners Corporation clients as she strives to resolve or avoid legal disputes so our clients can continue to perform their functions of managing and administering the common property.
Jennifer has acted for Owners Corporations in fee recovery proceedings and has regularly appeared at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria on behalf of her clients.
Jennifer takes tremendous pride in her ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with her clients.
Outside of the office, Jennifer can often be found with her family and friends brunching at local cafes. Prior to practising as a lawyer, Jennifer had a part time career in singing and modelling.
