Colin has close to 20 years of experience practising in property law overseas, interstate and in Victoria.

He regularly advises on all property related matters including residential and commercial property sales and purchases, property development, covenant advice, finance documents and commercial and retail leasing matters. His clients range from individuals to SME’s to multinationals.

Colin’s breadth of experience and background, including time as an in-house legal counsel, stands him in good stead to understand the commercial objectives of clients and to provide practical legal advice to help achieve those objectives. His success has been due to hard work, good communication and tailoring advice to each individual situation understanding that one size does not fit all. He brings a positivity and energy to his work and believes in a plain english approach as part of his excellent level of service to clients.

Colin is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen and his path in the law has been exciting and diverse. A passionate rugby union player for many years, Colin is now a fan of many sports including footy.

When Colin is not at work he enjoys running and biking and spending time with his wife and son and socialising with their friends.
