Amapreet (Aman) Mintoo

Aman brings a dual-discipline background that distinguishes him from peers at his level. He began his legal career in property law, gaining hands-on experience across residential and commercial transactions, before building a focused commercial and corporate practice. That grounding in property gives him a practical lens that clients in development, real estate and finance regularly draw on.

He advises across a broad transactional and advisory scope: mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, business structuring and restructures and commercial agreements ranging from services and supply contracts through to more complex commercial arrangements. He acts for high net worth individuals, private groups and small to medium enterprises who need advice that is both legally precise and commercially grounded.

Outside of work, Aman is an avid Manchester United supporter who stays active on the football pitch, seeks out new dining experiences and values time with family and friends.
