TLFC News: Promotions

We are happy to announce our latest promotions: Phoebe Langridge and Bianca Mazzarella to Senior Associate and Stefan Chelper to Associate.

 

Phoebe Langridge started at Tisher Liner FC Law (TLFC) as a commercial litigation lawyer in 2017, was promoted to an Associate in 2019 and effective from 1 January 2022 was promoted to Senior Associate. Phoebe has experience in complex litigation and complex mediations predominately involving contractual disputes and insolvency matters. Before coming to TLFC, Phoebe was an Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria where she was instrumental in implementing the Oppression Pilot Program and assisted in the development of the Commercial Court Duty Judge System for urgent applications. Phoebe had a string of significant Court wins in various cases throughout 2021 and will be spending much of 2022 defending such judgments in the Court of Appeal.

 

Bianca Mazzarella is an employment lawyer who joined Tisher Liner FC in November 2020. Bianca is a passionate advocate who is well traversed in managing disputes and litigation in the employment and workplace health and safety arena. She enjoys defending and representing clients at conciliations in the Fair Work Commission, the VEOHRC and the AHREOC and mediations in all federal and Victorian courts and tribunals. Bianca is a persuasive advocate who has the ability to provide strategic advice to clients and build long lasting relationships. Clients appreciate Bianca’s friendly disposition and commercial approach.

 

Stefan Chelper joined TLFC in January 2020 as a commercial litigator and despite the impacts of COVID interrupting his introduction into the firm, he has seamlessly fitted into Tisher Liner FC Law’s litigation team. Stefan has represented a wide range of clients in a number of complex commercial litigation matters, and has enjoyed his appearance work in the Victorian Courts and the Federal Court of Australia, albeit on Zoom for the past couple of years. Stefan has shown the capacity to present and defend complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively and prides himself on building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and his colleagues.
