Stefan has represented a wide range of private and commercial clients, including ASX listed entities, large insurers, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy.

Stefan Chelper has appeared on behalf of clients in numerous courts and tribunals, including:

  1. Federal Court of Australia;
  2. Supreme Court of Victoria;
  3. Magistrates Court of Victoria;
  4. Local Court of NSW; and
  5. Australian Capital Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Stefan Chelper likes to take a pragmatic approach to the law and prides himself in his ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with his clients and to communicate with them in a clear and concise manner. Stefan’s work experience in non-law related industries prior to becoming a lawyer, such as hospitality and child-care, has kept him in good stead in his ability to communicate effectively with people from a diverse array of backgrounds.

Outside of the office, Stefan can often be found with his wife, son and golden retriever frequenting local cafés. Stefan otherwise is a keen basketball and AFL (Essendon Bombers) fan, attending all of Essendon’s home games throughout the year.
