Seamus developed a particular interest in the area of property law while he was studying at La Trobe University, and since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, he has been working within the property law sector.

He has provided advice to clients on residential and commercial property matters including the disposal and acquisition of properties, the subdivision and development of land, land tax exemption applications, property due diligence, and the preparation and review of commercial and retail leases.

 

Seamus is dedicated to fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through communication and collaboration. His commitment and attentiveness mean that he will always strive to go above and beyond in order to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

 

When he is not in the office, Seamus enjoys running, cooking, and getting out of the city on the weekends to go camping and hiking.
