Sam has over 35 years experience in commercial litigation and disputation practice, including complex commercial disputes in all jurisdictions.

Sam’s work include corporate, director and shareholder disputes, contractual, joint venture and debtor disputes, wills and estate disputes, employment, property and franchise disputes and building disputes.

Sam understands that litigation is emotionally draining, time consuming and expensive. Accordingly, Sam is a skilled negotiator and seeks to resolve disputes in a timely manner, while endeavouring to avoid the commencement of legal proceedings wherever possible.

Sam is an accredited LEADR mediator and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Litigation Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee which is a sub-committee of the Commercial Litigation Committee.

Sam is active in community and charity matters being a past Co- President of the Victorian Chapter of Magen David Adom (Red Cross of Israel). Sam is also a one eyed supporter of the Hawthorn Football Club. He has a disarming quick wit, a keen sense of humour and a friendly manner.
