Rob Oxley’s clients include large corporations and family operated businesses.

The success Rob has experienced over the years has been down to hard work, clear communication, understanding each party’s motivations and objectives, giving clients pragmatic and practical advice and pursuing the right strategy in each matter.

Rob has significant expertise in commercial disputes ranging from shareholder disputes, property related disputes, Australian Consumer Law breaches, lease disputes, professional negligence matters and insurance litigation.

Rob’s other passions (in no particular order) include football (soccer), community activities, a drop of whisky and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
