One of the first practitioners in Victoria to be recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, Frank Tisher is a pioneering leader of the field. A founding Principal of Tisher Liner & Co., and the post-merged, Tisher Liner FC Law, Frank is also known for his years of extensive experience in commercial and business matters.

Frank specialises in drafting contractual documentation and in dealing with complex aspects of Property law including subdivisions, finance, mortgaging and leasing as well as litigation arising out of disputes (both property and commercial).

In his own words, Frank is “not afraid to ask”, and is dedicated to resolving problems in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. It is the client-facing aspect of his work for which Frank is particularly passionate, and he is committed to providing prompt and personal communication to each of his clients. Frank’s meticulous, yet easygoing demeanour has seen him develop a trusted reputation as both an expert, and a gentleman, by clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond the firm, Frank upholds a strong sense of community values and is actively involved in a broad range of community affairs. He is a past President and current Director of Emmy Monash Aged Care, and is a Director of the Jewish Museum of Australia. Frank is also a patron of the arts, supporting the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Opera Australia. A father of three, and grandfather of eight, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, having a hit of tennis, and taking his dog, Molly, for long walks.
