Having worked in private practice as a family lawyer, as a Judge’s associate at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and being a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Eliza has unique and wide-ranging experience in all areas of family law from negotiation and mediation to litigation.

Eliza graduated from Monash University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2019. Following her admission in December 2019, Eliza also undertook a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution Practice.

A diligent, compassionate and hard-working lawyer, Eliza takes the time to understand her clients individually and work with them towards a resolution of their family law matter. Eliza appreciates the stressful and often overwhelming nature of family law disputes and is committed to achieving timely and practical outcomes enabling her clients to move on with their lives.

Eliza is a member of Victorian Women Lawyers, the Law Institute of Victoria and Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Eliza speaks fluent French and has elementary proficiency in Italian.

Living in regional Victoria, Eliza spends as much time as possible reading, gardening and being with her family and their dogs, Irish Setter Aoife and Scottish Deerhound Freya.
