Caroline has a strong skill set and interest in property and commercial law matters.

Caroline regularly advises her property law clients in relation to significant commercial and/or development site acquisitions and the associated documentation and all aspects of commercial leasing including retail leases act issues.

Caroline’s broad commercial experience has also allowed her to provide high quality advice in a variety of matters, including joint ventures; shareholders and unitholders agreements; sale and purchase of business negotiations and transactions (including rent rolls); restructures, and personal property securities act issues.

Caroline works with clients and other lawyers in a collaborative way to achieve both favourable and commercial client outcomes. Outside her time at the firm, Caroline is kept busy by her young family, and always enjoys the opportunity to travel.
