Bianca Mazzarella

Bianca has 6 years PQE and is focused on achieving good commercial outcomes and building long lasting relationships with clients.

She has acted for both employees and employers and specialises in all areas of employment law with particular expertise in terminations of employment, unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims. She also has extensive experience in advising employers in relation to bullying claims, workplace investigations, restraint obligations, redundancies, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, employment contracts and workplace policies.

Bianca’s most recent experience includes advising predominately corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, education, building and construction, insurance, government and professional services. Clients value Bianca’s friendly disposition and pragmatic approach.

She is also a passionate advocate who is well traversed in managing disputes and litigation in the employment and workplace health and safety arena. She regularly defends and represents clients at conciliations in the Fair Work Commission, the VEOHRC and the AHREOC and mediations in the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court and VCAT.

On the weekend, Bianca will often be found enjoying brunch with her husband and son. Bianca otherwise enjoys travelling, cooking, spending time with family and frequenting the shops.
