International Women’s Day 2021 is here!
Monday 8 March 2021 is International Women’s Day - an important day and opportunity to pause and consider the important women in your lives, and celebrate their social, cultural, political and economic achievements.

The theme for International Women’s Day 2021 is ‘Choose to Challenge – a challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change’, https://www.internationalwomensday.com/. It is hoped that International Women’s Day will continue to inspire people to challenge gender bias and inequality when it arises and the movement have asked that people raise their hand on social media, take a photo of themselves with their hand raised, and tag #choosetochallenge, as a way of bringing international awareness and support to women across the world.
